Our FLEX IMPACT® RACKBULL® is an innovative rack protector that prevents racks from collapsing due to a collision. The lack of an international standard for the dimensions of stacking racks makes it especially difficult for companies to find rack protectors that fit all of their stacking racks. There are just too many rack supports in too many different diameters. Our RACKBULL® solves this problem. Universal rack protector that fits all racks
We offer two versions of the RACKBULL® rack protector. First there is our RACKBULL® L for rack posts with a depth of 1.3-1.75" and a width of 3-4.3", then there is our RACKBULL® XL for rack posts with a depth of 2.75-3.2" and a width of 3-4.3". Both have a height of 23.6".
UNIQUE, MOVABLE, COMPRESSIBLE
Unlike most rack protectors, our RACKBULL® has a movable and compressible bending zone. Furthermore, our RACKBULL® is not anchored to the floor. This allows the rack protector to move around the supports. And this allows the RACKBULL® to adjust to the width of any rack type. Its unique design also ensures even greater energy absorption. Without a doubt, our RACKBULL® rack protector is the best anti-collision system for stacking racks.
Our RACKBULL® rack protector can also be used at freezing temperatures down to -22°F.
OPTIONAL DUST COVER
Our optional dust cover attaches to the RACKBULL® protectors to prevent dust and small debris, such as cardboard and plastic, from collecting between the RACKBULL® and the rack. The hood also prevents objects from being accidentally or intentionally dropped into your RACKBULL®. Think of keys, coins, trash, and other small items. Our polymer dust cover fits neatly onto the RACKBULL® and around your shelving. This perfect fit ensures that your rack protectors look professional.
OPTIONAL FOAM PAD
For extra absorbency, add our optional foam pad to your RACKBULL® rack protector. Our foam pad fits perfectly onto your RACKBULL® between your rack and rack protector. Our RACKBULL® is already extremely impact-absorbent and strong, but our optional foam pad provides extra reinforcement.
EASY INSTALLATION
Our RACKBULL® is easy to install. Just one click and you are done. Simply push the rack protector against the shelf supports until it clicks into place. Fast, efficient, and extremely easy!
To install multiple RACKBULLS®, we recommend our optional installation kit to make this process even easier. This kit includes two metal handles that enable you to easily snap each RACKBULL® into place. This installation kit gives you an extra lever for quickly placing the RACKBULL® onto your rack. When installing large numbers of our RACKBULL® system, this kit will significantly speed up the installation process.
