The FLEX IMPACT® RACKBULL® is an innovative rack protection that prevents racks from collapsing due to a collision. The lack of an international standard in the dimensioning of stacking racks makes it particularly difficult for companies to find rack protections that fit all their stacking racks. There are simply too many rack supports in too many different diameters. RACKBULL® solves this problem. Universal rack protection that fits all racks
We sell two versions of the RACKBULL® rack protection. There is the RACKBULL® L for rack posts of 34–45 mm depth and 75–110 mm width, and there is the RACKBULL® XL for rack posts of 70–80 mm depth and 75–110 mm width. Both have a height of 600 mm.
UNIQUE, MOVABLE, COMPRESSIBLE
Unlike most rack protections, RACKBULL® has a movable compressible crease zone. Furthermore, it is not anchored to the floor. This allows the rack protection to move around the supports. This allows the RACKBULL® to adapt to the width of any rack type. The unique design also ensures even greater energy absorption capacity. RACKBULL® rack protection is undoubtedly the best anti-collision system for stacking racks.
The RACKBULL® rack protection is also available for use at freezing temperatures down to -30°C.
OPTIONAL DUST COVER
This optional dust cover attaches to the RACKBULL® protectors to prevent dust and small debris such as cardboard and plastic from collecting between the RACKBULL® and the rack. The hood also prevents you from accidentally or intentionally dropping something into your RACKBULL®. Think of keys, coins, rubbish, and other small items. The polymer dust cover fits neatly on the RACKBULL® and around your shelving. This fit completes the professional look of the rack protection.
OPTIONAL FOAM PAD
For extra absorbency, add our optional foam pad to the RACKBULL® rack protection. This pad fits perfectly in your RACKBULL®, between your rack and the protection. The RACKBULL® is already extremely shock-absorbent and strong, but this optional foam pad adds extra reinforcement.
EASY INSTALLATION
The RACKBULL® is easy to install. Just one click is all it takes. Simply push the rack protection against the shelf supports, and it clicks into place. Fast, efficient and exceptionally easy!
For the installation of multiple RACKBULLS®, we recommend our optional installation kit to make the installation even easier. The kit includes two metal handles to easily snap each RACKBULL® into place. This installation tool gives you an extra lever to quickly place the RACKBULL® on your rack. If you install large quantities of the RACKBULL®, the kit will significantly speed up the installation process.
