Safety solutions for new traffic flows in the Aliaxis warehouse
With new traffic flows in its warehouse, Aliaxis required appropriate safety solutions to protect pedestrians and infrastructure from collisions. Boplan installed bollards, safety barriers, and safety gates to address these needs.

Redesigning traffic flows for greater efficiency and safety
Aliaxis wanted to redesign the various traffic flows in its warehouse for more efficiency and safety. They came to us with a plan for its pedestrian and traffic flows. It is up to us to design the right safety solutions for this.
Our safety solutions
TB 260 PLUS
The TB 260 PLUS safety barrier features a lower protective tube than our other Flex Impact® products. This tube provides extra strength, making the TB 260 Plus ideal for separating pedestrian and vehicular areas. Combined with integrated guarding rails, it guides pedestrians as they move through the warehouse and prevents them from stepping over the barrier. The striking yellow color also makes people more cautious and aware of danger.
Swing Gate
Secured pedestrian walkways can be easily and safely exited with our innovative safety gates. Easy to use, the Swing Gate swings open on both sides and closes automatically after use. This ensures permanent closure and increases vigilance when leaving the pedestrian zone.
Rack End
The Rack End protects the vulnerable ends of stacking racks. This rack protector prevents forklifts from hitting the corner of a stacking rack when entering a warehouse aisle, causing a domino effect. This is the ideal rack protection for a busy distribution center.
DOCK GATE
We installed our DOCK GATE at the loading bay at the entrance and exit of the warehouse. At Aliaxis, the DOCK GATE acts as a barrier. It prevents forklift trucks from entering the warehouse. They bring the pallets up to the barrier and pick them up there with hand pallet trucks.
Bollards
Bollards protect critical points from collisions. They prove their worth in high-risk areas where collisions occur regularly. Consider full protection of guide rails and mouldings at passages and gates. They increase visibility, allowing forklift drivers to pay more attention to certain corners and edges of the warehouse infrastructure.
