ICKO sought safety solutions to protect the infrastructure, goods, and people at its new warehouse and distribution center. Boplan installed safety barriers, wheel stops, and column protection.
We like that the safety solutions have the same striking colors as bees. Although all products have an excellent finish, the KP Protector truly stands out visually. We believe it's a great product, both functionally and in terms of design.
Our safety solutions
TB 260 PLUS
The TB 260 PLUS safety barrier prevents pedestrian collisions caused by forklift traffic. The low tube prevents pallets or goods from sliding under the barrier, while the double handrails guide pedestrians and offer additional safety.
Bollards
Bollards protect key areas from collisions. They enhance visibility, making forklift drivers more aware of protruding corners at gates, for example. Even if a collision occurs, our bollard returns to its original condition without damage.
KP Protector
The KP PROTECTOR column protection is a vital safety feature. A forklift collision with a pillar or column can cause serious damage and compromise the building's stability. The round KP PROTECTOR is easy to install and, like other FLEX IMPACT® products, is highly impact resistant. The product is not only functional but also admired by ICKO for its design.
We selected polymer safety barriers for their durability and modular components. Unlike steel safety structures, they don't need replacement after impact, since they return to their original state. The protection is easily adaptable, making future expansion quick and simple.
