RACE BARRIER®
The BOPLAN® RACE BARRIER® is designed to protect the finish area of cycling races. These yellow polymer barriers are 1 m 40 (4′7″) high and give both riders and spectators optimal protection during one of the most critical phases of the race. Its 70° angle keep spectators at a safe selfie distance from the riders.
A tongue and groove system seamlessly connects the RACE BARRIERS. They also have a continuous, recessed areas for advertising panels. The legs are foldable and special forklift openings make it easy to put the barriers in place.

NEXT-LEVEL SAFETY BARRIERS FOR CYCLE RACES
RACE TOTEM®
The BOPLAN® RACE TOTEM® has been developed for hazardous areas along the route where signs are required: traffic islands, speed ramps, intersections, bottlenecks, road narrowings, dangerous obstacles such as traffic signs and poles, street furniture, etc. The deployment of race marshals in these areas is often inadequate and even dangerous, with possibly serious consequences such as bodily injury to participants and employees.
The Boplan® RACE TOTEM® warns participants of an obstacle in time. In the event of an impact, the flexible polymer absorbs much of the shock.

The chains at the back of the RACE BUMPERS® make them quick and easy to attach. A special recess ensures that the obstacle is optimally shielded.

TRAFFIC FURNITURE EXTENSION
RACE PILLAR®
The BOPLAN® RACE PILLAR® is a designed to extend the height of smaller traffic furniture. With its height of 1 m 80 (5'11") and striking yellow colour, the RACE PILLAR® ensures that riders notice bollards, traffic signs etc. more quickly. The arrows also indicate the direction of the race.
Thanks to its adapted design, you can easily place the RACE PILLAR® in front of an obstacle and then secure it with cable ties.

The BOPLAN® RACE PAD with its 5 cm thick impact-absorbing foam layer is the perfect solution for shielding high obstacles along the course such as trees, lighting poles and posts with traffic signs.
With a height of 180 cm and a striking yellow color, the RACE PAD guarantees optimum visibility. Installation is easy and quick with click buckles for a tight fit. The PVC covering is water- and UV-resistant, hard-wearing and easy to clean.
